Indian Sprouted Lentils!

I know these may not look real appealing, but Im telling you, these turned out GOOD! All four kids ate theirs and two had seconds!! They turned out really yummy, and will be a new regular of ours! I sprouted the lentils in a glass jar for about 3 days. Then, I took an onion, some fresh garlic and ginger, and sauted them in a pan. Once the onions were soft, I added the lentils along with a good amount of Cumin, tumeric, and some salt and pepper. After about 10 minutes, I added half a cup of water, and let that cook for another 10 minutes. YUM!
