Butternut Squash Casserole
This recipe had alot of good reviews, so we gave it a try. I personally LOVED it! The kids ate it, but thats about it. Im not sure what is wrong with them :-) It was sweet and soft with crunch on top.
My kids also dont like sweet potatoes, which I love. If you like sweet potatoes, you will enjoy this!
