The kids all LOVE my homemade Ranch dressing. So, for New Years Eve, the each got to make their own mini pizza. The RECIPE for the crust is great!! It was the softest dough Ive ever neaded, and baked light and airy. (The pizza shown above was the thinner batch). We then topped it with ranch and Mozzerella cheese. My first Crepes!!

The topping was just 1.5 cups strawberries, .25 cup sugar, and half a pack of cream cheese all mushed together. YUMMY!!!
